Wonderful Myanmar

Ancient people built and donated Myanmar Buddha image in the caves around Myanmar. You can see Burma enhanced architecture and magnificent mural paintings from the 19th century in these caves. This is one of the Buddhist cave near the town of Monywa Myanmar.

3. Lifestyle of Myanmar People in Rural Area

Most rural people are farmers. They only make a living by farming. Because Myanmar is agro based country they live in large numbers or rural areas. Rural communities visited several places of interest and famous pagoda when they have free time. Usually they make a pilgrimage trip to the famous pagoda in Myanmar. They are honest, simple and honest. Actually, life in the villages here are very simple and out of the stress.

4. Shwedagon Pagoda

Shwedagon Pagoda officially titled "Shwedagon Zedi Daw", also known in English as the Great Dagon Pagoda and the Golden Pagoda, is a 99 meter (325 feet) gilded pagoda and stupa located in Yangon, Burma. Pagoda is located on the west Kandawgyi Lake, in Singuttara Hill, thus dominating the skyline. It is the most sacred Buddhist pagoda for the Burmese with relics of the past four Buddhas enshrined within: Kakusandha staff, Konagamana water filter, a piece of robe Kassapa and eight hairs of Gautama, the historical Buddha. Uppatasanti pagoda is an exact replica of the Shwedagon Pagoda in Naypyidaw, the new capital of Burma.

5. Htauk Kyant War Memorial Cemetery

Htauk Kyant War Memorial Cemetery located in Mingaladon Township, Yangon Division about 32 miles from Yangon, on the way to Bago. There have grave stones 27000 Commonwealth and Allied Forces Soldiers Fall in Burma Campaign during World War II honored stored. The cemetery is a quiet, peaceful and beautifully kept land maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. The relatives of fallen Allied Soldier around the world used to visit the War Memorial Cemetery in Burma to pay homage to their fallen Allied Soldiers Graves.

6. The Mysterious Popa

Fifty kilometers southeast of Bagan in Central Myanmar at the base of Mount Popa is a solitary peak topped by a golden stupa. The holy Taungkalat Popa is home preferably 37 Nats Mahagiri or aminist spirit entity, which can be found on the statue base. The spirits were once so important to the early Kings states that it is important for them to consult with Nat before the start of their reign.

The monastery is built on a volcanic plug, which is caused by the vicinity of Mount Popa. To reach the top, you have to remove shoes and socks and climb the 777 steps to the top.
